What happens next after placing an order
Once we receive your order, we will contact you quickly and send you the CAD. At this point, without affecting the overall look, you can replace stones of the same value with different colors and shapes. Additionally, you can adjust the width and thickness of the ring holder, with a maximum increase of no more than 2mm.
Once you confirm the CAD and jewelry details, we will arrange factory production. Generally, it takes 7 to 15 days. However, some designs may take longer. In the meantime, you can check the progress with the sales representative who contacted you.
Once the product is completed, the sales representative will send you a photo or video of your jewelry for confirmation. You can also request specific camera angles and ambient lighting from the sales representative to ensure a detailed view of your jewelry's details. After confirming the finished product, we will arrange for shipment and provide you with a logistics tracking number. Generally, the logistics time is 5 to 7 days.

Fully Custom Designs: For a truly one-of-a-kind piece, you can submit a custom design request. From a simple idea to a complete sketch, our designers will work with you from the ground up. We also offer free engraving to add that special personal touch.
Production & Shipping
A: All of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans and shipped directly from our workshop in Mainland China.
A: Our total delivery time is a combination of production and shipping.
Production Time: Once you confirm the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing, crafting your piece typically takes about 15 business days. More intricate designs may occasionally require a bit more time, but your dedicated order representative will always provide you with a precise timeline.
Shipping Time: We use premium express shipping. Once dispatched, packages to the US and Europe typically arrive in just 5-7 business days.
A: Our primary shipping partners are FedEx and DHL—both are known for their speed and reliability. If you have a special request for a different carrier, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
A: We are happy to offer free, expedited international shipping on almost all orders. The only exception is for certain “Special Offer” items, which will have a flat shipping fee of $35.
A: For our valued customers in the United States, orders valued under $800 are generally exempt from any import duties or taxes. If your order is over $800, you may be responsible for import fees.

I bought this ring 3 months ago to wear with several other stacking rings I own. I haven’t taken it off since I bought it and it’s still as shiny and sparkly as it was when I took it out of the box. It’s very comfortable to wear and I’ve had no issues with stones becoming loose or falling out. I make sure I wash and rinse my hands thoroughly after applying lotion or products so no residue remains on the rings but other than that and a hydroponic cleaning once a month I don’t do anything special to the ring. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this ring.
