We make custom jewelry at affordable prices by finding better ways to do things, not by cutting corners or settling for lower quality. Our custom-designed and crafted jewelry is heirloom-quality and comparable in price to similar quality pieces off the shelf. However, we can’t offer prices as low as fast fashion brands because we custom design and make every piece one-of-a-kind at high quality.

We have a team of talented jewelry designers and 3D artists, as well as friendly design consultants who are ready to assist you. When you start a consultation with us, you’ll be matched with a design consultant who will help you explore your design ideas and consider different options. Once your consultant has all the details, our team of artists will create sketches and renderings of your piece. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback, and we’ll keep refining the design until you’re completely satisfied.
We’d love to chat with you about your design ideas and explore pricing options. Our team is happy to create artistic sketches of your design concepts. Before we move forward with 3D models and renderings, we do require a deposit which will be applied to the final cost of producing your piece.
Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 15-20 day after we’ve finalized your design. However, because each project is different, the time it takes to complete your project may vary. Here’s a rough breakdown of how long each part of our process takes:
Design: We will work at your pace to create the perfect design for you. Some customers only need a few messages exchanged with us, and we can often make their piece within a few days. Others may prefer to take more time to design and iterate with us over several weeks or even months.
Production: Once you have approved the design, we will carefully manufacture your piece, paying attention to all the details by hand. When it’s ready, we will send you photographs of the finished piece for your approval before shipping it to you.
Shipping: We offer free shipping within the US through FedEx or USPS, and for international packages, we use DHL Worldwide Express, which is one of the fastest services available. Domestic shipping usually takes 1-3 days, while international shipping takes approximately 1 week. However, please note that international shipments may sometimes be delayed by local customs for inspection, which can extend the delivery time.

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to a few countries due to limitations imposed by our shipping providers or customs regulations.
