What happens next after placing an order
Once we receive your order, we will contact you quickly and send you the CAD. At this point, without affecting the overall look, you can replace stones of the same value with different colors and shapes. Additionally, you can adjust the width and thickness of the ring holder, with a maximum increase of no more than 2mm.
Once you confirm the CAD and jewelry details, we will arrange factory production. Generally, it takes 7 to 15 days. However, some designs may take longer. In the meantime, you can check the progress with the sales representative who contacted you.
Once the product is completed, the sales representative will send you a photo or video of your jewelry for confirmation. You can also request specific camera angles and ambient lighting from the sales representative to ensure a detailed view of your jewelry's details. After confirming the finished product, we will arrange for shipment and provide you with a logistics tracking number. Generally, the logistics time is 5 to 7 days.

Production & Shipping
A: All of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans and shipped directly from our workshop in Mainland China.
A: Our total delivery time is a combination of production and shipping.
Production Time: Once you confirm the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing, crafting your piece typically takes about 15 business days. More intricate designs may occasionally require a bit more time, but your dedicated order representative will always provide you with a precise timeline.
Shipping Time: We use premium express shipping. Once dispatched, packages to the US and Europe typically arrive in just 5-7 business days.
A: Our primary shipping partners are FedEx and DHL—both are known for their speed and reliability. If you have a special request for a different carrier, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
A: We are happy to offer free, expedited international shipping on almost all orders. The only exception is for certain “Special Offer” items, which will have a flat shipping fee of $35.

As the title states; I love my ring, especially the stone! Although, the ring itself is moderately easy to scuff. This is still an excellent option for the price and quality.

I got the ring in November 2024. It is stamped S925. I’m allergic to certain metals and haven’t had a reaction to it. The ring is mirror-like shiny. This is the first ring I wear all the time so it took me a while to get used to it. It is comfortable to wear. I think it’s a genuine moissanite. I didn’t test it but it has a great rainbow fire sparkle just like a genuine moissanite. Cubic zirconia is see through, this stone is not. I was afraid it would have the bow tie effect. To my delight, it does not. Surprisingly, it’s heavier than it looks. I’m a size 10 for reference. The weight of the stone causes the ring to lean to either side. I use a plastic ring sizer (clear plastic that wraps around the bottom of the ring) to keep my stone perfectly centered on my finger. I’m a rough person in general. I’m always knocking my hands on walls, doors, my desk, etc. I scuffed the bezel against a metal fixture at Walmart but the stone is perfectly fine.
